@MurkTweaks is the Man!! I have had nothing but problems and did the not so much intelligent thing and took my PC to geek squad. They told me I needed to replace hardware after hardware and Murk comes in and saves the day. FINALLY was able to start my PC without it freezing and all my stuttering issues are gone. Thank you so much for the help. If anyone has a problem with your PC running like a dog turd, get a hold of Murk he will get you squared away!
