Having @Kibbs help me with the PC optimization was a blessing. @Kibbs was able to identify an issue with my pc build which led to a reschedule for a later date. After getting the RAM re installed to the appropriate slot, we were able to continue with the PC optimization. After the opti, Black Ops 6 is averaging much more on bigger maps than before. I sincerely appreciate the time and patience from the FPS HUB team.
